OBSESSED WATCHES - RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

The product/s were purchased within the last 14 days.
The product/s are in their original packaging.

The following items are not eligible for return:

Goods that were specifically customized or personalized according to your specifications.
Goods that are unsuitable for return due to their nature, rapid deterioration, or expiration date being exceeded.
Goods that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and have been unsealed after delivery.
Goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items according to their nature.

Obsessed Watches reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Refunds will only be issued for regular-priced products. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. However, this exclusion may not apply to you if it is prohibited by applicable law.

RETURNING YOUR WATCHES

You are responsible for the cost and risk associated with returning the product/s to us. Please send the watches to the following address:

Obsessed Watches cannot be held liable for any damages or losses that occur during the return shipment. Therefore, we strongly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without receiving the actual watches or proof of their return delivery.
